There is limited time for the scholarship opportunity that each university gives. Scholarship can be up to 100% depending on the school you applied to but mostly common % is 50% maximum. Most schools in France give scholarships to international students more than their citizen students.

b) If one person is to be responsible, proof that the person who will be responsible for the money has enough regular income to meet his/her financial responsibilities. A letter of responsibility for all food expenses during the period of schooling. Copy of first page of passport and other documents must be submitted.
